Hommage an Mascha Kaleko zum 50. Todestag | Albumpräsentation
»Wherever I may go, I go to nowhere land« writes Mascha Kaléko in Kein Kinderlied (No Children’s Song). Right before the 50th anniversary of Kaléko’s death on 21 January 2025, Etta Scollo presents an homage of text and music to the poet who fled the Nazi regime to the USA in 1938. Together with actor Corinna Harfouch and other artists, she presents her intimate and simultaneously universal album based on Mascha Kaléko’s poetry. Complemented with video projections, our celebration of this singular poet will take over the Gorki mainstage for one night only.
