As a guest satellite in the Gorki Garten, this devised work takes a humorous approach to finding an emancipated way of flirting and develops utopias of progressive, feminist, Covid-safe flirting beyond the traditional gender roles. Are you flirting with me? asks: what does it even mean to flirt? Why is there so much uncertainty around how and if flirting is allowed? How would it be possible to make flirting comfortable for everyone? Why don’t we flirt more often? And why do we need (new) rules for it?
