Da waren Tage

Luna Ali’s novel Da waren Tage tells the story of a young man in the midst of hope, loss and the fight for freedom in the context of the Syrian revolution. 14 years later, and with the end of the Assad regime, Luna Ali together with leading figures in Syrian civil society sheds light on the challenges and achievements of that time and takes a look at Syria’s future as well.
