Victor Tricard

Victor Tricard co-founded the music project Paris Suit Yourself, and collaborated with various artists, directors and other musicians including 18+, Sophie, dOP, Schwarz Dont Crack, Adrien Missika, Clemence Seilles, Kasia Fudakowski, Howdoyousayyaminafrican?, and Fabian Altenried amongst others.

Victor was born in Bordeaux (Talence), where he received music and art education. He studied fine art from 2005-2008 at Bordeaux Art-School, and continued at the Berlin Weißensee Art-School from 2009-2012. In 2011, the French artist Adrien Missika won renowned Ricard Prize of the »Fondation d’entreprise Ricard« for his video Dome, showing Victor performing and recording music in an abandoned Art Fair in Tripoli (Lebanon). In 2014, Victor had been selected to partake in the famous Berlinale Film Festival Talents in the category Sound Designer/Music Composer.

Victor has collaborated closely with the emerging Paris based graphic art directors Golgotha since 2005. His personal sound is composed of multilayered mixes between analog and digital instruments - mostly played, recorded and processed by himself.
