Dominic Hartmann

Dominic Hartmann was born in Switzerland in 1992 and grew up in Remigen, Aargau. He completed his master’s degree in acting at the Zurich University of the Arts, where he appeared in Kasimir und Karoline directed by Christoph Frick, among other productions. Hartmann was also the recipient of a scholarship award from the Armin Ziegler Stiftung. In the final year of his studies he was a member of the Schauspielstudio at the Schauspielhaus Zürich. His productions included the following: Die Physiker directed by Herbert Fritsch, Yvonne, die Burgunderprinzessin by Barbara Frey, Versetzung by Clara Dobbertin and DIE VERLOBUNG IN ST. DOMINGO - EIN WIDERSPRUCH, directed by Sebastian Nübling. Hartmann has been a member of the Gorki ensemble from the 2019/2020 season to 2021. There he can be seen, among others, in Schwarzer Block, directed by Sebastian Nübling, and Alles unter Kontrolle, directed by Oliver Frljić.
