Eröffnungskonzert: The Bird of a Thousand Voices

This transmedial live performance reimagines the Armenian folk tale Hazaran Blbul – a myth of harmony, resilience and transformation. Led by award-winning musician Tigran Hamasyan and director Ruben Van Leer, it brings the mystical bird whose song inspires renewal and self-discovery to life. Featuring operatic vocalist Heghine Khachatryan, kinetic scenography by Boris Acket and a bilingual libretto by Florian Hellwig, this extraordinary production opens the 100 + 10 – Armenian Allegories festival.
