Kiddush & Buffet

Some Jews celebrate kiddush on Friday night in order to begin Shabbat. A religious dimension of Jewish identity is referred to through this, which may represent an important point of reference. Afterwards, conference participants are invited to a buffet. A tradition that’s not just Jewish.
