Zeynep Özatalay (*1978, Istanbul) worked as a graphic designer and illustrator in advertising agencies and decided to work as a freelance illustrator in 2005. She attended human rights cases and drew courtroom sketches on a voluntary basis. In 2018, she curated the Big Picture exhibition, which was organised by Amnesty International at Depo Istanbul. In 2020, she was awarded the Aydın Doğan Best Illustration Prize for Children’s Books.
