Tama Ruß

Tama Ruß (born 1990 in Coburg) lives and works as a freelance artist and camerawoman in Berlin. Her video installations, sculptures and performances have been exhibited at the Goethe Institut in Tokyo, District Berlin, the Bärenzwinger municipal gallery, the Villa Renata project space in Basel, as well as many locations beyond the classic art context and in public space. Her short film San Francisco Verde was shown at the 2020 Kassel Dokfest and, most recently, at the Blickle Kino at the Belvedere 21 in Vienna. She developed an interactive video design for absence#2, a dance production at Oper Köln in October 2021.
Currently she is working on her first full-length film together with her partners in the ZUGANG film collective.
