Stefan Korsinsky

Stefan Korsinsky studied cultural studies and aesthetic communication with a focus on media at the University of Hildesheim. As a filmmaker he was the co-founder of Expander Film, an international film production company based in Berlin, producing documentary films, music videos, video installations and artistic projects of all kinds. He produces video installations for numerous stages in the German-speaking world. His collaborators and employers have included Rimini Protokoll, Elmgreen & Dragset, Christoph Schlingensief and the Transmediale. Stefan Korsinsky and his colleagues are responsible for the video design in Marta Górnicka’s production Still Life at the Maxim Gorki Theatre. In addition to his work for Expander, he also teaches at the CODE University in Berlin.
