Thelma Buabeng (*1981 in Ghana) is a German actress of Ghanaian descent. She began her career in 1996 with the theater group »Junge Bühne Brotfabrik« in Bonn. After her studies at the »Schauspielschule der Keller« in Cologne, she moved to Berlin and has since worked in the theater and in front of the camera. She played at the Residenztheater in Munich, at Ballhaus Naunystrasse in Berlin and was part of the ensemble 'Label Noir'. Since May 2014 she is a guest at Thalia Theater Hamburg and since February 2016 at Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin. In 2003 she had her debut on TV in the series Lindenstrasse. After further TV appearances (including »Tatort«,»Das Adlon. Eine Familiensaga.«), she has also starred in several films (including »Heil« by Dietrich Brüggemann).
