Sarah von der Heide

Sarah von der Heide was raised in the quiet, picturesque village Bad Salzuflen and studied graphic design at the Trier University of Applied Sciences. She has lived and worked in London and New York and is currently based in Cologne, Germany. Apart from beeing a freelance illustrator and designer Sarah is also teaching illustration.

She is part of Li33 – a creative collective with a strong focus on illustration, communication- and motion design.

Her clients include magazines and newspapers such as Financial Times Deutschland, Blonde and GQ as well as design- and advertising studios.

For her blog Draw Me the News she illustrates a current event of world news once a week.
