Robert Prosser, born in 1983 in Alpbach / Tyrol, lives there and in Vienna. He has studied Comparative Literature and Cultural and Social Anthropology and looks back on stays in Asia, the Arab world and England. He is part of several performances, is co-founder of Babelsprech for the international promotion of young poetry and conceives the reading series Kombo Kosmopolit at the Literaturhaus Wien. He published a.o. the novel Geister und Tattoos (Klever, 2013), as well as co-editor of Lyrik von Jetzt 3 (Wallstein, 2015). In August 2017, Ullstein published the novel Phantome, which was nominated for the German Book Prize 2017. Robert Prosser was a scholarship holder at the Robert Bosch Foundation and had a residence scholarship at the Literary Colloquium Berlin (LCB) in 2014.
