Natalie Maier (*1989) studied public history at the FU Berlin, as well as literature, art and media studies at the University of Konstanz. She began working at the FHXB Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district museum in 2018. She has been the head of collections at the museum since February 2020. She curated the 2019 exhibition Dach über Kopf (Roof Over Head): Housing issues in Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg. In addition to questions of public history outreach, as head of collections she facilitates digitisation projects and deals with the cultural and social history and present of the district and its residents.
