Miroslava Svolikova

Miroslava Svolikova, born in Vienna in 1986, completed a diploma in philosophy in Vienna and Paris, fine arts in Vienna and a course in writing at uniT Graz. Performed pieces: die hockenden (UA Burgtheater Wien, 2016) and Diese Mauer fasst sich selbst zusammen und der Stern hat gesprochen, der Stern hat auch was gesagt (UA Schauspielhaus Wien, 2017). europa flieht nach europa was awarded by the Autorentheatertage 2018 and will be premiered this year at the Burgtheater Wien. Miroslava received various prizes and scholarships, i.a. Retzhofer Drama Award (2015), Schiller Memorial Prize (2016), Hans-Gratzer-Scholarship (2016), Hermann-Sudermann-Prize (2017), Literary Award of the City of Graz (2017), Drama Scholarship of the BKA Austria (2017).
