Mad Kate

Mad Kate is a multi-faceted performance artist, musician  and author who explores the politics of boundaries between and within bodies. Mad Kate combines critical prose, movement improvisation, punk iconography, a breathtaking voice and visionary costumes, and has performed around the world as a pioneer of a unique style that is decidedly feminist, genderqueer and honest. Her artistic and musical projects range between conceptual performance art and music. Mad Kate worked among others. Together with Peaches and Bonaparte and is part of the performance collective Hyenaz.
