Karim Daoud

Karim Daoud was born 1996 in Qalqilya. He started doing parkour when he was twelve years old and has since taken part in different shows and festivals, most of them in Palestine. Karim was part of Qalqilya – where Palestinians are learning how to fly, a feature-length documentary film about the young underground scene in Palestine. Since the 2016/2017 season he has been a member of the ensemble at the Gorki, where he works with directors such as Yael Ronen, Christian Weise and Sebastian Nübling. He appears in THE SITUATION directed by Yael Ronen, which was invited to the 2016 Theatertreffen festival and chosen by Theater heute as 2016’s play of the year.
