Johannes Meier

Johannes Meier was born in Waltershausen in 1984 and completed his acting training at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich. Even before he finished his studies, he was already performing in productions like Jeff Koons (Director: Christiane Pohle) and Die Vorläufigen (Director: Philipp Decker) at the Münchner Kammerspiele. He then went on to work at the Deutsches Theater Berlin, Volksbühne Berlin and the Mozarteum Salzburg. Meier is appearing for the first time with the Gorki at the Wiener Festwochen in Hass Triptychon – Wege aus der Krise
