Jessica Voss is a Queer Ukrainian writer and performer, whose main focus is centred around topics of self-reflection, mental health and queerness. She uses her digital art background and video-editing skills, combining photography with experimental poetry forms.
Jessica was born in 1999 in eastern Ukraine. When Russia occupied it in 2014, her family fled to Moscow where she studied linguistics and literature. Having come back to her hometown she found no home there, adapting a somewhat nomadic lifestyle which heavily influenced her art. Jessica Voss became one of the millions of people displaced by the 2022 invasion of Ukraine, fleeing to Berlin.
