Jeffrey G. Karam is assistant professor at the Lebanese American University, an associate at Harvard University’s Middle East Initiative, and a visiting fellow at the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung, the Forum Transregionale Studien, and FU Berlin. As a scholar-activist between Beirut and Berlin, Karam's research and writing focus on revolutions, counter-revolutions, and transformational moments of political change in the Middle East. He co-edited an upcoming book on the Lebanon revolutionary uprising of 2019.
