Itai Reicher is a screenwriter, satirist, journalist and actor based in Tel Aviv. In the past 15 years he has worked as a head writer for Eretz Nehederet (A Wonderful Country), an Israeli prime-time television satirical sketch show (airing on Keshet 12), which one of the most influential and popular shows in the country's history. He has received »The Israeli Academy of Film and Television Best Comedy Writing Award« 6 times for his work. Reicher has also created the mini series Lost in Africa (2011) and its sequel Lost in Asia (2014) for YesTV, has contributed articles to some of Israel's leading newspapers, and worked with Prime Minister Ehud Barak on his election campaign, which failed miserably.
In addition to his career as a writer, Itai Reicher holds an M.A. from Tel Aviv University in education and teaches history and psychology in high school.
