Anna Malena Große

During her voluntary social year in the cultural sector at the Junges Ensemble Stuttgart, she created her first own production entitled Schnitt/Blickwechsel. From 2015 to 2017 she studied at the HfMDK Frankfurt am Main and since 2018 she has been studying music theatre and drama directing with Prof. Sebastian Baumgarten at the August Everding Theatre Academy. She has already realised several notable productions at the Akademietheater, such as Noch ist nicht aller Tage Abend. She also directed the world premiere of Das Lied der Stadt (nicht für dich) by Ivana Sajko at the Staatstheater Braunschweig. Her works are created from an intersection of documentary material, music, video and choreography.
