Alaaeldin Dyab was born in Aleppo/Syria in 1992 and became involved as an actor in the theatre group at the University of Aleppo in 2012. He came to Austria in 2015 and studied acting at the Thomas Bernhard Institute of the Mozarteum University Salzburg from 2018 to 2022. Among other things, he played the role of Asip in the production Asip & Jenny at the Kleines Theater Salzburg from 2016 to 2020 and the role of Kasimir in Kasimir and Karoline at the Salzburg Festival in 2017, directed by the New York theatre collective 600 HIGHWAYMEN. In 2022 he was seen at the Kosmos Theatre Vienna in the role of Aslan in Knechte by Caren Jeß. Alaaeldin Dyab has been a permanent ensemble member at Theater Münster since the 2022/23 season.
