Berlin is a gathering point for Jewish artists from all over the world. Berlin is multi-lingual, a modern tower of Babel. Berlin is religious pluralism, (post) migrant reality, inner-Jewish tension. Berlin is the centre of an artistic de-integration. But how do biography, perspective, and desire express themselves in the art of young Berlin Jews? Does something like a (post) migrant or a Jewish art exist? The screening »Art Tour« (curated by Daniel Laufer) provides insights into the Berlin present-day, which will be further explored during the subsequent panel discussion with international Jewish visual artists, dancers and authors.
